Via 313 Pizza

Via 313 is a very strong pizza place, especially when it comes to Utah pizza. I know it’s a chain, but they do a good job of creating delicious fresh pizza.

Thin pizza is a little underwhelming, but Detroit is awesome. Favorite was the Bobo

Not my typical style but it’s the best you can get with Detroit style very good.

For Detroit-style, it’s good. Just consider it like the best cheesy bread you’ve ever had. Doesn’t touch a proper NY slice, naturally. Pros: excellent crust and no grease soakage into the bread. Cons: sauce was just fine. Wanted it to pop considering it’s on top of pizza but just was very standard.

Best Detroit style in Utah. Maybe even outside of Utah. Lots of really gourmet options for flavors.

Amazing crunch and flavor…there was a bit of a strange after taste with the ambassador flavor so next time I’ll try just a regular pep probably…came out to our table warm not hot, other than that it would have been a little higher

The Deep Dish style with the sauce on top tasted way better then the bar thin crust they sell. I rate that a 5.5

Best pizza in utah. I’ve tried five of their pies now. The detroiter is game changer. Deep dish is definitely their specialty bar pizza is a solid six.

The bar pie was trash. It honestly tasted like a frozen pizza. The service was very slow and thats probably due to it being so new and busy. The Detroit style is what will keep this place hopping. It was a very fluffy, light good pizza that is worth driving to. The Detroit style on it own was a solid 7.6

The Cadillac, this might be one of the most flavorful pizzas I've ever had, but I won't get it again. 1 slice was good enough honestly. Don't get a full one of these for yourself

This is the best pizza in Utah that I have had. The quality of the ingredients and the amazing combinations of the pizzas on the menu are so good. We tried 5 different pizzas, my favorite was the ambassador bridge. (Picture)I am excited to try their bar pizza. I have never had bar pizza, I’ve just heard Dave say its his Jam. The Detroit style is so good hopefully so is the bar pizza.
