One bite everyone knows the rules. First glance the pizza is different from the norm, which gives it a flair. No flop and the cheese is not overly goopy. The crust is moist, combined with the real mozzarella on top give the perfect amount of text without drying out and burning your mouth. The charred edge of crust adds a well appreciated crunch at the end and a little pepper to the pie.
