Interesting pizza, for sure. Not sure if the sauce on top is a classic Detroit thing, but it’s fun.
The dough is buttery and fluffy thick (not doughy, but like a soft focaccia), the cheese is basic Moz but the sauce drizzled along the top makes it unique to eat. The 7.6 is certainly on a cheesy bread scale for rating, but if this or a pan pizza from Dominos, I’m choosing this all day.
