This pizza has the best texture I have ever tasted! The dough has air bubbles trapped inside its rustic and a crunchy texture. The toppings are fresh and the cheese.... oh dear the cheese will melt in your mouth like silk! The sauce is not overpowering and has a nice balance of sweet with a little tang. The crust has a doughy and light texture with a bit of crunch. This is the best pizza you will find anywhere in Ontario hands down!
