Best Neapolitan or wood fire in Syracuse, hands down..VERY traditional Neapolitan pizza.. soft/light/airy crust with a light crispness.. very nice tomato that has acid and sweetness that compliments the fresh whole milk mozzarella....most people don’t under this style because most have never had it..this is an older pic and the dough recipe has changed.. the new dough has more flavor with a longer/slower fermentation process to build more character ... if you want an authentic taste of Naples, this is it..
