Firm, crisp bottom with a doughy top to the crust which leaves a bit to be desired. They definitely use a quality mozzarella on this Sicilian slice, but the sauce is lacking in overall flavor. The tang of the tomato sauce is loud and proud, but there’s nothing to balance is out; no salt, pepper flake, garlic, etc. While I was looking for a better overall piece of pizza, this is clearly the best slice you can get here at Disney’s EPCOT. One Bite, everyone knows the rules.

This place serves the only decent pizza in all of Disney. It’s pricey, but worth it. Get a side of marinara to dip your crust in.

Good brick oven pizza. Could have used more sauce but flavor was great. Dough was very fresh.

Ingredients are high quality - crust has a great crisp on the crust!!! Not too much cheese at all, & always cooked perfectly.

This is the bar in my opinion! The vest pizza I have eaten! Fresh ingredients and wood fire! Checks all my boxes for an amazing pizza! This is a must do if at Disney!

Solid wood fired pie. Fresh ingredients, no flop, crisp undercarriage. Didn’t disappoint.

Christmas stand outside of restaurant. One cashier, took 20 mins. That being said, really good crispy thin pizza.
