Undercarriage was definitely Neapolitan, but it was thin and it did have a little crisp on the crust which threw me off. It was not floppy at all. Overall taste was solid. Neapolitan is not my favorite (much like Dave), but this is about as good as it gets for me for this style.

very solid neapolitan pie whole wheat crust may make some traditionalists cry, but i loved it

It’s good Neapolitan. Bright tasting sauce. Tasty cheese. Crust had good wood fire char flavor, though not a ton of crisp. Service was good too, and the linguini clams was 8.8.
