Margherita Pizzette, 1:45pm on a Monday, $8.51 Pros: Tastes of fresh, quality ingredients. Nice amount of basil, fresh mozzarella and sauce evenly distributed. Bit of sweetness to the sauce. Sturdy undercarriage. Enjoyable wood fired taste throughout. Very good price for a personal Margherita Cons: Just a tad doughy crust today, could possibly use one more minute in the oven. Still completely enjoyable til the last bite Verdict: Delicious fresh basil taste up front, flavor still lingers. Savory sauce. I'll definitely return to Victoria's to try out a larger size pie. This "Pizzette" size serves as a good sample of what they do here. Very tasty pizza, will ask for a bit more well done next time around. Friendly people working here, happy to pay a visit
