Victorious Pizzeria & Ristorante

The pie here varies. I’ve had pizza in the 6’s and pizzas in the high 7’s here. This slice had great crust. Slight crisp all the way to the middle. The sauce is slightly sweet, maybe a bit too sweet for me, but definitely too much oregano or italian seasonings in the sauce. The tomato flavor just doesnt shine through. I like my cheese a little brown too which this lacked. Decent football pizza. I went back and got a grandma slice though, told them to cook it well done and that was delicious. Still a bit much seasoning in the sauce, but it was a great square. I’d rate the grandma slice a 7.8. They have a really good deal going right now, Two 18 inch pizzas, and a dozen garlic knots for $20! Can’t beat that.
