The absolute way to cook a pizza!! Very nice ovens! When they press the crust it is rubbed with olive oil I suspect. Crust had a lil flop and the perfect amount of char. The cooks was taking percise handling of pizza making sure to move the pizza around as not to burn it. Sauce was sweet and really good but needed a little more for my preference. I definitely will be back. They also have calzones and a few other items on the menu.

Ok, the prez would be disappointed, didn’t go for the gold medal slice but good pizza overall. One of the best around here for sure. A little flop, good char from the wood fired oven, sauce not too tangy. Really good pizza, give it a try if you haven’t.

Great pie. My only complaint is they don’t have a box that a pizza will fit in????

Oden’s Beard Lots of BBQ sauce, not a bad pie. Could use more Chese! Great restaurant & very friendly staff.

True brick oven pizza in TN. Coming from New York and being italian I have to admit this is pretty good. The crust is actually awesome.
