Viking Pizza Company

There comes a time where you have to admit that something you once loved isn’t as good as you once thought. Look, this isn’t inedible by any means, but it has one overbearing issue; it’s very undercooked. It’s very soft, chewy even. I do like the taste, which is why it even has the score it does. But the dough is barely hard enough to be crust. This feels inexcusable for a brick oven pizza. What’s disappointing is that it could be much better if it was just cooked longer. Instead, it’s extremely rushed, and that’s a damn shame. Doing these reviews has put things into perspective for me; this isn’t as good as I thought it was when I had it years ago. Period.
