La Strada Pizza served a pie with evenly distributed cheese ensuring each bite had a balanced cheese-to-topping ratio. There was no flop and a well-structured crust. The undercarriage was slightly undercooked, detracting from the overall texture making it somewhat doughy. While the sauce had good flavor, its presence was somewhat hidden by the generous layer of cheese making the pizza's overall experience average at best.
