Eye test - good but misleading. Seemed undercooked. It was perfect Execution - as good as any bake ever. Although the pizza isn’t world class, the bake is as good as any pie anywhere. Cheese - very subtle. Fresh Sauce - a tad sweet and again , very fresh. Really solid Dough - taste is above average. The bake: forget about it… perfect crisp and not in anyway overcooked Stravinsky said, “Experiments in music don’t always work, but helps me learn where limits exist.” Neighborhood worthy - yes Travel worthy - I’m on the fence. If they can do this consistently, I’ll say yes.
