Little greasy, dough lacks flavor.

Could use some more sauce, or at least give it some flavor. Pizza was a little greasy, could use at least 1 napkin to dab it off. Chews and sausage we OK, not the first place I would go back to, but would eat it again if offered.

Margherita specialty pizza

Cheese pizza. Gold medal slice everyone knows that’s the rules. But that crust is a bit buttery and it hits so hard. Great pizza. Better than Gino’s, Lou’s and gioradanos. Great location pizza. Delivered when they said they would. It was hot and really chicago’e. Highly recommend. Only 8.3 because I’ve only had 4 places in Chicago. Need room for improvement but I’m skeptical I’ll need it. Great job!!

This is some amazing old school pizza. The absolute freshest of ingredients, and the sauce is one of the best around. I highly recommend this pizza to anyone! Please remember that Aurelio’s in LaGrange is pure dog shit!

VN has been around a long time. I lived in the area many years ago and moved back in recently. This was my place back in the day. Anyway, if you love thin and crispy pizza you have to order this Margarita. Pizza. It is to die for, honestly. I ask for crispy with cut into triangles and this is what you get. I also add hot giardinera on the pizza and it adds such an amazing kick. Bottom line is, if you like thin and crispy, order this pizza. They’ve been a favorite of mine for years. Enjoy!!

Strong flavor to this pizza. High quality cheese and a unique sauce. Sometimes it’s better than other times I order from this place. This particular pizza has sausage and Italian beef on it. I recommend not getting the Italian beef. It had an odd flavor to it. This review is based on the cheese and sausage only and deserves a 7.9 overall. Sometimes it’s better than other times when I order from Villa Napoli. It fluctuates between a 7.7 and 8.1.

Good pizza, but I would say more for kids because the sauce is bland, greasy too

Awesome taste on the sauce and cheese.needed to be more crispy, had alot of flop. A little less grease and more crisp this would be in the 8.0 to 8.1 but it's a 7.8 as is very good pizza

Bland pizza nothing special

Good pizza, but average across the board. Well done...decent, Sausage....kinda boring, Cheese, Sauce, etc. all good but definitely not great. Fine for a party, but not for Sunday cheat day.

Ordered for delivery a Sausage pizza a little well done. They do put a TON of Sausage on the pizza however, it is quite a bit bland. I know it was delivered but there is almost no crisp (even with the well done). Great pizza for a football party or late night hunger crisis! I would never complain if this pizza was presented to me but I also wouldn't send anyone here as "great pizza referral.

Not bad. Better than I anticipated when I first looked at it. Decent sauce, decent crust, decent cheese oven decent.

Had a late night pizza craving and was not upset with the results. Decent pizza, although very chewy. I’d order it again more well done. Cheese was a tiny bit more over powering than the sauce, but wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall good pizza if you need your fix or to order in bulk for a party.

Villa Napoli is probably one of the coolest old-school places I've stepped into in a while. You can tell they've been there for many years just looking at their sign. This typically screams "good pizza". I got carry-out for lunch, an XL pepperoni and sausage (are any of you surprised by this anymore?) and it was ready when I walked in on time. I noticed right away that there may be a little more grease than I like, but this usually happens when you order multiple meat toppings and it's combined with a high-fat content cheese (the good stuff), so just pointed that out there for those people who like to dab grease off a pizza with a napkin. The crust was nice a crisp around the edge pieces, but as you moved toward the center, it got a little messy and soggy. This didn't really affect my appetite for it as I continued to eat it, because this pizza does have good flavor. The sausage could be seasoned a little more for my liking, but it seemed to work combined with the other ingredients. The prices here are pretty cheap for the amount of quality food you get (mine came out to about $23). I see they deliver late and I would 100% be satisfied with this arriving at my door! Simply put, Villa Napoli is a good spot with a loyal customer base. There is a reason why it's been around so long. I would definitely get this again if I was in the area.
