This chicken parm personal pie was a beauty! I should have told them I wanted it well done because a lack of crisp tells me it was removed from the oven too early. But if they did that to keep the chicken juicy, then I'll forgive that. The sauce was great too, although Sal's sauce is much better.
Village Pizza has a few advantages over Sal's however:
1. There's parking
2. They offer personal pies
3. They accept card payments, Sal's is cash only
4. Unlike Sal's, Village delivers throughout the Village of Mamaroneck
Although Sal's pizza is still superior in Mamaroneck, Village Pizza is a very good option!
