All flop, greasy and so, so cheese. Sauce is the highlight.

Flavorful NY style football pie. Floppy but tasty.

It’s been a while since we did our pizza review. This time, we’re in Catskill. The plain slices are just okay, the cheese doesn’t have a bad taste, it’s also crispy, but the sauce isn’t really there. The Sicilian, it’s a little better. Sicilian slice: 6.9 Michael’s rating: 6.7 Sicilian slice: 7.4

This is solid pizza for an upstate town. It’s on the doughy side, but good flavors, quality ingredients, and it’s got a nice crisp. Very old school joint, use to be Mike Tyson’s spot back in the day when he trained with Cus.

A little doughy. Slice thinness was inconsistent, some were thinner than others. Sauce could be a little more flavorful.
