First slice in New York! Solid variety. Our naivety may influence this score. Solid undercarriage with good sauce to cheese ratio.

Overall, it taste good. The dough is great, the cheeses is tasty, and the sauce is good, but they just don’t cook it enough. And it’s a bit doughy. There is definitely better pies in New York City, but it’s still good.

Heavy on the cheese is the name of the game here at Village. Both Sicilian and regular are packed in with cheese. My preference is a combo of cheese and sauce together equally. In the plus side zero flop and oil. Enjoy!!

My go to for the past at least 25 years. Pizza is nice and crispy. Has a solid cheese pull. Not too much parm or oregano. Sauce is very well balanced. I happen to like a sauce with a sweet undertone, and this does it for me. Every slice John and the gang make knocks it out of the park. The slice towards the back is a crostino, which I highly recommend. Village pizza was my first job 22 years ago, and they’ve stayed consistent for as far back as I can remember. Everything they make is amazing, try the kitchen entrees as well!!!!!

Their grandma on the other hand is very good.

Solid football slice.

Crispy, not doughy at all (good thing) and the only problem is the greasy lava cheese. If not for that it would get a higher score. Overall just a normal football pizza

Solid football pizza. Nice flavor on sauce good burn on the cheese. Nothin crazy in the crunch department, but reliable football pie. That’s a review.

The Prez got this one wrong (no disrespect!!) maybe Dave was just done with eating pizza that day (we can all agree that in some reviews Dave just seems ‘over it’, which is understandable after eating different pizzas every day all day, even for a Pro like Dave). The under carriage was perfectly crispy with next to zero flop. No greasy runoff and the sauce had just the right blend of tangy vs sweet, with a terrific cheese blend up top. Outter crust leaves a little bit to be desired, great crunch but it had spots of chewy/toughness, but not terrible. One of the best slices I’ve ever had. Thats a review.

Regular: dough is on the thicker side but its crispy sauce tates good with they would have used more, slice is slightly bland in spots over all a real good slice. 7.6 Grandma: it has the perfect thickness to it. It could be slightly crisper in my opinion but its still crispy. Sauce is real good and not filled with garlic. Excellent grandma slice 8.9

Dave gave it a 6.6, the community gave it a 7,6. Looks like I was right in the middle. And that’s the review

Basic high quality Long Island slice. Good cheese, better sauce, and crust soft on the outside, but firm on the bottom. 🍕👍🏼
