This slice defines grit. Right in the heart of the rough n tough city of Elmira. Absolute no New York flop, bottom with a slight crisp. Not your fanciest slice but that’s not what they’re about. Not eating these slices with a fork and knive you pigeon, grab it in a fold shove it down your throat and head over to dollar beer night at the Arena.

Big time taste in a small town area! This pizza has some Elmira-flop, so as the saying goes…if it’s not holdable, it’s foldable! The Cheese to sauce ratio is SOLID! It could have spent another few minutes in the oven, to give it the undercarriage that it deserves. But hey, they saw me coming, got nervous, and did the best they could! Over all good pizza…I could eat it on a football Sunday, or I could eat it after church…

Chicken Bacon BBQ slice was good but Cheese slice was dry and had meh taste. Would have lower score but the specialty slice balances it out a bit.
