Pizza Review
Got an eggplant slice and a BBQ chicken, bacon, and ranch slice. Eggplant was definitely my preferred slice; it had a decent sauce, average mozzarella and ricotta - what you'd expect but it just tasted good and was quite satisfying to eat when hungry. The second slice was good, also what you'd expect. There's nothing really out of the ordinary, although toward the end of eating it, I almost would've liked less or no ranch, and after looking back at the picture, they were a little heavy on it toward the crust, but that's just my taste. Chicken is fine and has a mildly sweet BBQ sauce and the bacon bits were on the slightly thicker side (aka not super small pieces). I will say that overall, the highlight of their pizza is definitely the crust. It's crispy, but not overly hard or dense. It's easy to eat and provides a light crunch sound when you bite every time. Also a side note - when I tried picking up the eggplant slice with one hand, it was a little difficult to fold and the bottom half of the slice started breaking off and I had to just pick up that piece and eat it, but not a big deal. The rating on the review is for the eggplant slice, and I'd rate the BBQ chicken slice a 7.2.
