First u welcome someone to your store who has never been there before. I ordered 2 pies mid day, your not busy, no customers. Tell me 25 minutes, over the phone. I walk in at 15 minutes pies aren’t in oven yet and no one to be seen. Finally someone comes up to counter and at 20 minutes the first pie goes in. 15 minutes later I’m given two well done pizzas. Top looks good bottom is well done, see crust burn hole. Mind u no other pizzas came out of the oven, no other pizzas went into the oven. No customers came in or left. No apologies, $31.
Score for the pizza? They don’t deserve one.
