VinLouie's Pizzeria

This is my second time here, I was recommended this place from a friend who claimed it was their favorite. Is VinLouie’s that good or was my friend drunk? To start, the dough and undercarriage was floppy and relatively chewy. Thicker styled crust with no crispness except for the crust. The cheese is standard mozzarella, better than the sauce. The sauce, so plain and neutral, I was hoping for something more. I’m disappointed with this pizza. I gave them a second chance and it was the same result. Mediocre pizza at best.

Very large slice of pizza. Major flop from how heavy it is. Sauce has really nice taste to it and a good amount under the cheese. Cheese has a little grease but is cooked well. Dough has the average “Buffalo” thickness to it. Under carriage has a nice golden color. Crust doesn’t have that crunch that you would expect looking at it. Overall good slice.

Chicken finger pizza. Extremely fresh crust, chicken fingers were good, and just right amount of sauce and cheese. Did I say crust was fresh!

Hey Tileguy here, back at VinLouies. This time we had to test the staff like I test my apprentices when they say they’ve been tiling for years. I called ahead and ordered a chicken finger pizza with honey sesame crust. VinLouie’s hit the nail on the head with this one. Bleu cheese, hot sauce and cheese all came together nicely. The crust was unreal and the flavor was a great compliment. My tastebuds feel like Matt Milano after signing a $44million contract.
