Under carriage needs some more cooking. Pretty sloppy, cheese sticks to the box. Typical football pizza. Probably not real Italians cooking it.

My buddy Jeff Bridges Jaw ordered extra cheese like a jabroni. To thin to be football to fat to be date pizza.

Fantastic

Malden flop is present. Cheese is good, flavorful and stringy. Good sauce. Crust is crunchy with that straight outta the oven taste to it, which is awesome because this slice was reheated. Not overly greasy and little to no cornstarch on the bottom always gets extra points from me. Overall a very solid slice.

This was hard because it came highly recommended. I started higher then adjusted my score after careful consideration. The crust was nice, not to hard or soft. Not super doughy. The sauce was balanced, I liked it. The cheese is where the score was born. No pull at all. It was a complete cheese sheet. Not seasoned as far as I could tell. It was oily so I appreciated that. Also not very floppy. I list the details so You can decide if you’d like it by these factors. I know this will be an unpopular opinion & I did enjoy it I just didn’t love it.

Like the sauce. Could use a little more oil and crust needs to be cooked longer. A little too chewy.
