Vinnie’s Pizza

Big and doughy, this is strip mall football pizza, heavy with thick cheese and fairly soft dough. The sauce is tasty, decent kick, moderate sweetness, just needs more volume; a bit scantly spread, it could use another ladle. Undercarriage is surprisingly firm, not crispy whatsoever, super soft texture throughout, including the crust. The cheese is pretty good, creamy & melty but stringy in some spots, maybe just a tad too much. The pie needs either more sauce or less cheese for better balance. Overall, this is a straight strip mall football fastball, that’s all.
