Decent amount of flop in the middle, but the crust is super thin and the edges perfectly crunchy. Flavor of the sauce and cheese are all around really solid. Very good pizza.

After checking out the over 1000 Google reviews but then checking the One Bike reviews I wasn’t sure what I was getting. Excellent cheese flavor, solid under carriage, minimal flop and grease. Great friendly service too!

Not gonna lie.. wasn’t expecting this place to put up a fork & knife slice but damn was it good! Thin, crispy, and tons of cheese with a “just sweet enough” sauce.. definitely recommend!
