Talk about a hidden gem. Viola is a tiny Warren County town, just a 60 second pass by at the foot of the mountains. But ohhhhhhhh man they have the pizza! This joint is one of the best I have ever tasted, one I compare to John’s is Bleaker.
It takes 3 days to make their crust from scratch, and they enter each weekend with a cap on how many pizzas they have the ability to make. Grab it while you can!
