That is a slice of red sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil. Pretty standard New York slice I hope to get with the pie I ordered. There’s really no sauce. Who shreds their basil and I don’t think it was fresh mozzarella. It was just the regular graded. The other pie pretty much same. Asked for well done and wanted a bit of a char in a crunch. Nope. 5.0. The Italian food side is probably good but for pizza if you are even close to a New York pizza snob just drive past.

If you’re looking for quality fresh ingredients look no further! By far the best pizza crust I’ve had. The flavor is phenomenal and the service is amazing.

Absolutely one of the best gluten free men’s out there. I spoke with my server about how the entire staff is trained on gluten free items. They take it seriously, which is always reassuring. I feel very safe eating here and highly recommend it. There is something on the menu for everyone. You will not be disappointed!

The Margarita pizza at Virgilio’s is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The fresh garlic, fresh mozzarella pecorino, Romano cheese, fresh basil with it tangy pizza sauce just incredible and delicious. Protip if you’re doing takeout, ask them to cook it in the brick oven and get it extra crispy. Unfortunately, when it sits in a piece of box too long, it does steam and loses some of its crunch. I recommend eating it at the restaurant when it just comes out of the oven.

Nice crisp thin crust pie, superb assembly with great ratio and balance of ingredients. However sauce is a little too bland, and the cheese tastes like generic bagged motz. It’s a good pizza but not a great one.

Crust has a good crunch, thin, not too doughy. Sauce is really good. Cheese is a little on the greasy side, and causes the crust to limp too quickly.

Fresh and balanced yet the crust bores me.

Solid slice, good flop, good atmosphere, good stuff

Flop was way too high in the larges and also super greasy with meat pizza. Personal margarita pizza was good. You need to cut the slices more (even thought they are pre cut) so your cheese doesn’t fall of off your slice. Good sauce. Too chewy mozzarella as well. Good taste. Overall a decent pie.
