So this is by far the most unique pizza I've had in omaha. The cheese is good, sauce is simple but delicious, but the crust is what really stands out. They make it and let it sit for several days so it's like a sourdough bread. Really good. Not traditionally what you think of for pizza crust, but very good if you're in the mood for something a bit different. High quality fresh ingredients all around and as a bonus the staff is amazing. Can definitely tell lots of love put into this slice. I rated on cheese only, but they have different pizzas there everyday based on what is in season. All in house made, fresh ingredients only. Apparently they also have a sicilian style crust I would be very interested to try, but didnt happen to have it when I was there.

I have no doubt this is the best pizza in Omaha. A New York styled slice; light and thin a decent hold. Sauce is on the sweeter side. Good cheese to sauce ratio. Worker behind the counter was friendly!

Had both the pepperoni and onion as well as the cheese. Crust is amazing. All of the flavors are good and everything tastes fresh. There is not a lot of sauce or a lot of cheese. You will not get a bite with a string of cheese pulling away from the rest of the piece. I’d like more cheese than that. The sauce is barely there, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The freshness and lightness of the crust is so appealing. I ate the outside crust first. This gets my “Best in Omaha” crust score.

Uh Oh. I was pumped to try an 8.7 in a town not known for pies. Not here. Really friendly staff but no sauce zip, no cheese flavor and the crust has an odd consistency. I’ll try it again but wouldn’t recommend.
