So this is by far the most unique pizza I've had in omaha. The cheese is good, sauce is simple but delicious, but the crust is what really stands out. They make it and let it sit for several days so it's like a sourdough bread. Really good. Not traditionally what you think of for pizza crust, but very good if you're in the mood for something a bit different. High quality fresh ingredients all around and as a bonus the staff is amazing. Can definitely tell lots of love put into this slice. I rated on cheese only, but they have different pizzas there everyday based on what is in season. All in house made, fresh ingredients only. Apparently they also have a sicilian style crust I would be very interested to try, but didnt happen to have it when I was there.
