Alright Frankie, this is a genuine coal fired pizza so expect crunch. They have a few style to choose from. In my photo the margarita is on to and the Brooklyn cheese is on bottom. I preferred the margarita but they’re comparable. Great sauce. Good cheese and great dough. Wish they made a thinner crust

Cornicione has great color from the coal fired oven, but crust itself is not very crunchy. Huge flop and soft and chewy texture. Sauce is delicious and cheese is very good too! Definitely worth it to try this place out!

Alright Frankie, the cheese was excellent from the Classic Pepperoni to the Margherita. Went with a Brooklyn Style which is thin crust meaning it had flop. Oh the flop... easily remedied after that first bite. Probably tastes better after the drive home via take out then piping hot at Vito’s.

The taste is nice, the crust is crispier then past visits. Could have hit the 7’s if the body had a crunch.

So I didn’t get just cheese but the Knickerbocker which is sausage and hot pepper. It was dang good. They appear to have 3 different thickness’ of crust. The crust was good. Yes it flopped. It is a more upscale pizza. Not football pizza for sure. Good crisp on the edges. Flavorful sauce and cheese. I drove 250 miles round trip and tried this place. I would go back. It did not disappoint.

Alright Frankie...We are at the corner of terry rich blvd and Claude lord blvd. It’s not great but it’s not bad. Came out a little floppy but the Crust is nice and crunchy around the edges.

“Knickerbockers” Pizza. A light pan of pizza with mild Italian sausage, fresh ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Italian long hots and basil. Decent flop with a crispy crust. Long hots provide a nice kick at the end with inevitable repercussion tomorrow. Would definitely recommend.
