Vito's Gourmet Pizza

Pizza is over all very good. Dough is made well. Sauce is delicious with the perfect amount of tomato aroma and is not overpowered with spices. Cheese seems to be a mix of low moisture cheese and a lower quality whole milk cheese. Sausage is pre-packaged sliced Italian sausage. basil was not cut fresh. Pizza was ordered crispy and was not over cooked with a good char on the bottom providing a beautiful crisp while still maintaining a lite and airy crust. Pizza was nice and thin throughout. Best pizza around after 10pm and one of the best in the area
