Vito's New York Pizza & Restaurant

Decent slice. Asked them to cook it a bit more. Came out good with a little crunch to the crust. Dough is good and even had some bubbles come up. Sauce is good. Solid slice that’s a good stop in the local area. A good version of McPizza. But not a destination pizza. A good family run place.

Solid slice. Undercarriage is always perfect here with a thin layer of toasted delicate crispness one would find on a golden brown fire roasted marshmallow. Cheese is a nice quality sweet and salty mozzarella atop a well balanced tomato sauce with just a hint of ripe sweetness. The cornicione is a true NY style with a thin crunch.

Loved seeing the young kid making the pizza. Not saying he did a bad job, but we just didn’t like the pizza. The dough, didn’t like the taste. Cheese and sauce, blah. This place was recommended by locals, but just wasn’t digging it at all!

New York style (sort of) with a crispy crust, minimal flop. Fresh garlic as a topping rounds this out nicely.

Cheese- great, nice and toasty crust- not crunchy but not doughy. Could be crispier. Sauce- sweet and perfect in amount Grease- could use a bit less but not too bad Flop- EXTREME
