Wood burning, stone oven pizza. Nice and firm, but soft and fluffy crust. Nice char on the bottom, no flop for thin crust. Tangy sauce and fresh ingredients. This pizza had tomato sauce, Uniondale mozzarella cheese, in-house made sausage, pepperoni, roasted red peppers, red onion, goat cheese, and nice dried herbs. Pizza maker (James) is very experienced in making wood burning pizza’s, Windsor style pizza’s, and fast food pizza’s. Delicious all around. Definitely worth the trip!
