Vito’s is permanently closed. Adding a new pizza spot in Washington area. More like a a food truck. Rubi’s Brickoven pizza food truck. $14 for 9-10 inch. Not bad for food truck price. Chewy crust with a little flavor and char. Good cheese wish I could taste the sauce. Understand not a lot of sauce but maybe a tad bit more. All in all not bad for Central Illinois. Glad to be in the pizza review game after a $hort hiatus.
