Pizza Review
One of the best put together pieces of pizza I have had in a long while. Somehow this Vito’s is better than their other location. The atmosphere inside is hipstery but still feels like a pizza joint, there’s something about it that just works so I gave it an extra .1. The cheese is delicious and has a good bite to it, so it’s not a typical mild mozzarella. The sauce has a bit of sweetness to it, which balances out the cheese well. The cheese and sauce are also balanced well, so the cheese doesn’t slide off when you bite it, even when the pie is piping hot. Very little flop, and very little grease. The only thing I can find fault with is the crust which wasn’t very fluffy for my taste. It was thin like the rest of the pizza. That’s a small flaw on an otherwise incredible pizza though. Worth a trip just for a pie, and if you live in the area, I wouldn’t get pizza from anywhere else.
