I was traveling to L.A. for work and sought this place out after watching Dave’s review. It is very good pizza-thin, large slices with a good crust. The pizza was better than the breadsticks, and we got a half sausage/half cheese. The sausage is in thin strips. Cool open-air environment with large window spaces out front to let in the breeze. All in all, good experience.

Pizza was undercooked and floppy. Also, the crust was too thick and it didn’t have much taste. It tasted a bit better with Parmesan though.

Great pizza…perfect amount of everything. Someone at the table wanted more cheese but they also order their steak well done. Order the salad…it was delicious.

Are grading on the Santa Monica scale here? There’s nothing WRONG with the slice; but it’s not so special at the same time. It’s good enough to warrant a pop in when craving pizza in the neighborhood- it’s not bad!

Was super stoked to find I was just down the street from an official 8 scored pizza joint by El Presidente himself. not sure if they were just lazy when I was there or if this is how it normally is, but the pizza could have been cooked at least another five if not 10 minutes. Crazy amount of flop, and no char to speak of. Not sure if they were just having an off night based on other reviews but was very disappointed it didn’t quite live up to the 8.2 that I was expecting. Still a good pizza regardless.
