Vito's Restaurant and Pizzeria

This is an “incomplete” score since it wasn’t thin crust. But this pie was very flavorful. A lot of mozzarella. And it was my fault for not asking for it well done.

Sauce to cheese to crust ratio was a little off. More crust than anything

Seriously some awesome pizza. This year I have been visiting a multitude of pizza places in CT, but for a thicker crust, vitos is a very distinct flavor, and the smell is memorable.

This pizza was terrific. Cheese, sauce and toppings were great. Subliminal amount of flop too. However it took a while to get our pizza which took away from this experience
