Viva La Pizza

Very large, thick, heavy, doughy, generic & greasy…that about sums up the bulk of this pie. The dough is mostly soft but firm in some areas, not particularly tasty either. The cheese is boringly ordinary, slightly burnt in some spots, average at best. The real problem here is the sauce has ZERO taste, neither pleasant nor gross, completely void of flavor and barely present on the pie. There was such a terrible dearth of overall flavor in the entire pizza that I had to use some garlic powder and crushed red pepper just to make it worth choking down. If this pie is going to improve, it has to start with the sauce…spice it up and spread more of it around; because as it stands right now, this is just a waste of carbs & calories.
