Everything about this pizza SHOULD work. The base is perfect for NYC pies and the sauce and cheese are sourced well. However the mozzarella is a bland fior di latte from Italy rather than an aged US style mozzarella. Paradise Slice remains the only outlet in London serving a reliable NYC slice that's authentic.

Average slice. Too much flop, crust was too doughy, cheese was a bit tough, used oregano which I’m not a fan of.
