9.2——This pie (The Crudo Pie) is one of the absolute best pizzas I have ever tried. This is Neapolitan perfection with some additional incredibly flavorful additions. The crust is amazing and the sauce is great, but the added mozzarella, arugula, prosciutto crudo, and parmigiano elevate this pie into a true culinary experience.
Some of their other specialty pies, such as some of the white pies and truffle pies are just as good as this, but I did not get a picture of those.
