Came in today to do a rating. Usually higher than 7.1 but today I think the pie had been sitting for longer than usual. Overall great spot. Good crisp. Tang in the sauce. Cheese consistency just not where it needed to be.

Fantastic crust, good undercarriage. Acidic sauce. Cheese underwhelming, could use parmasean for some kick, it’s quite bland.
