Washington Enzo's Pizzeria & Pasta Grill

Not a good slice at all. The cheese tasted sour, major floppage which made the little bit of cheese on a really small slice ran right off onto the plate. The crust and undercarriage was chewy which also took away from the rating.

Too much cheese. Greasy. Crust nothing special, although in fairness it had been sitting and looked long in the tooth before they tossed it in the oven. Crust held up but just wasn’t fresh. The overall taste was respectable. Cheese and sauce have nice flavor. Crust had no taste and actually subtracted due to freshness factor. Had the pie been fresh it would gain a few percentage points. For football game day pizza or a kids party it’s fine, just don’t go out of your way for this.

Just your average football pizza. Nothing special.
