First reaction was that it was like a high-quality version of birthday party pizza from when I was a kid. Greasy and cheesy, not too much sauce. Undercarriage was not good, lots of flop. Cheese was a bit too congealed and heavy. Crust was really good. Flavor also good. Ate lots of slices. Ingredients were clearly high-quality. Worth trying for sure, but probably not a pizza to get frequently. Also got pepperoni pie which was similar. Pepperonis were good, nice and spicy. Recommend chili oil on the side which really enhanced the experience. Can dip crust alone in chili oil and it’s a win.
