Really strong pie. Thin crust with a crisp charred edge, great undercarriage, and a solid cheese-to-sauce balance. Sauce has a bright tomato flavor and the extra pecorino on top finishes it perfectly. Nice leopard spotting on the crust and baked with personality. Folds well, eats clean, and has that “one more slice” factor. Easy repeat order.
