Great crust, too much cheese

Alright this pizza has great tasting cheese and sauce, but it's very floppy and had a lake of grease. I loved this pizza so if it had less grease and was crispy this would be in the 8s for sure.

The sauce and cheese are great, but it seems undercooked. A slice completely flops, and there's no crunch or char at all.
