Wedgewood Fernando's Pizza

This is my kind of pizza. The sauce is the star here—tons of flavor, perfectly balanced, not just some generic tomato sauce that gets thrown on the pie. Then you get that crust… crisp underneath, great chew, and just the right amount of char. The undercarriage is absolutely dialed in. Nothing soggy, nothing floppy. Just a really, really good pizza. And I gotta give a shoutout to the Briar Hill style too. That thing was fantastic. Completely different vibe, but Wedgewood absolutely nails it. I’ve had a lot of pizza over the years, and maybe I’m biased because this is back home, but this is legitimately my favorite pizza. Sometimes you don’t need some fancy wood-fired, $25 artisanal pizza. You just need a place that knows how to make a damn good pie.
