West Chester Pizza Cafe

I think this pizza does just enough to slide into the 8s (Traditional 7.9, Marg 8.1 thus rookie score). It’s about as good of a crust as you can get from the gas oven, nice and chewy, firm but in no ways burnt. The ingredients are solid, I wouldn’t say top of the line. Marg has a very sweet sauce which I like, others might not, plain has a bit of tang to it from the cheese, enjoyed that. I wouldn’t say it’s worth going terribly out of your way for but if you’re anywhere relatively close by (under an hour), then it’s worth the trip.
