Westchase Pizza and Pasta Co

I was finished shopping at the Oldsmar flea market and I found this place on this one bite app, just 3 miles away. 1. They sell by the slice and offer very friendly service. 2. The undercarriage was top notch, no room for improvement. 3. Both the cheese and the sauce were good. I do think it could have use a bit more kick to the sauce though. Cheese was run of the mill, rather decent tasting, but I could name a couple other places nearby that are slightly higher up their brand of cheese.

New York-style pizza - I ordered the large 18” cheese. Good undercarriage with minimal flop. The pizza was foldable yet crispy. Tomato sauce to cheese ratio was good with very little grease and no sogginess. Overall, good “football” pizza as Dave would say. It wasn’t special but I’d be happy to eat it every weekend.

Nice and crunchy but sauces needs more tang. Pleasantly surprised!
