Western Pizza

Resembles a Chicago Deep Dish - sort of. This Regina style pizza is absolutely loaded with cheese. There is very little sauce and the crust leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately I looks like Western Pizza has gone for quantity over quality as the cheese overpowers any taste the sauce and crust are supposed to have. As well, the crush is very spongey and dry at the same time. The crust also lacks any kind of salt flavouring and leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately we are going to have to give Western Pizza a 1.3/10. Sorry, citizens of Regina!
