Westshore Pizza

Very pleasantly satisfied. After learning of the impending closure of Mike's in Clearwater, I went searching for a new place. I got a menu in the mail for WSP West Shore Pizza on East Bay Drive in Largo. We ordered a half calzone, a chicken parm dinner, and just 2 cheese slices. Basically our test order for a new place. We loved it. The staff was great from when we ordered to when they brought our food out to our car, unexpectedly. We got home, and ate dinner. Delicious! Highly recommended!

Been avoiding this local chain because my girlfriend says it wasn’t good but finally decided to give it try and it’s not as bad as she says, in fact it’s very close to greatness. First off this is a sloppy pizza with a lot of flop. Secondly never get extra cheese. This pizza already has a ton of cheese on it and anymore might be a chocking hazard. This pizza’s sauce is good but doesn’t hit hard enough and the same goes for the cheese. If they can pump up the flavors a bit this could easily be a high 7’s or low 8’s pizza. It reminds me of one of my favorite pizzas in Massachusetts (Pizza Roma) just not as flavorful.
