Nice oven, good char, good pizza!

Bit greasy, not much carry. Flavor 100 on point.

Very thin good crunch just not my cup of tea with the lemon zest

Has the usual flop of a Neopolitan pizza, tangy sauce, doughy crust, and underwhelming cheese.

One of the best slices I’ve had. Charcoal on the fingers from the oven. Fresh ingredients. A little greasy and a little flop, but absolutely fantastic pizza.
